1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using the website plumbinglewisville.info or by placing a telephone call to our published telephone number ((858) 363-8298), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or our dispatch coordination services.
These Terms govern your use of our communication channels and clarify the operational boundaries between our marketing/dispatch desk and the independent licensed Texas plumbing contractors who perform on-site physical diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
2. Independent Contractor & Referral Service Disclosure
Lewisville Rapid Plumbers connects you with independent licensed plumbers who perform the work.
Every plumber we send is licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and insured in Texas. Lewisville Rapid Plumbers acts solely as a referral and marketing dispatch service that connects residential and commercial consumers with independent third-party licensed plumbing contractors operating in Denton, Dallas, and Tarrant counties. Lewisville Rapid Plumbers does not directly perform plumbing work or hold a master plumbing license in its own corporate name.
Any contract for physical plumbing repairs, inspections, or installations is formed directly between the property owner and the independent licensed plumbing contractor dispatched to your location.
3. Estimates, Diagnostic Evaluations, and Payment Terms
All emergency and scheduled repair estimates are provided directly by the dispatched plumbing professional after an in-person diagnostic evaluation of your property. No telephone quote constitutes a binding contract until an on-site physical inspection is completed and an itemized written estimate is signed or verbally approved by the customer.
Dispatched technicians establish diagnostic fees, labor rates, and payment milestone terms for complex jobs. Customers are responsible for reviewing and authorizing all written scopes before work commences. Payment for services rendered is made directly to the service contractor upon completion or according to agreed project terms.
4. Municipal Permitting & Code Compliance Responsibilities
Major plumbing modifications—including water heater replacements, whole-home repipes, sewer yard-line renewals, and natural gas line installations—require municipal permits and code inspections under City of Lewisville, Flower Mound, Coppell, Carrollton, or relevant municipal code jurisdictions.
Dispatched licensed plumbing contractors are legally responsible for pulling necessary city permits under their Master Plumber license (TSBPE) and scheduling required municipal inspections. Property owners agree to provide reasonable access to city inspectors to close out open permits.
5. Warranties, Contractor Liability & Disclaimers
All workmanship warranties, manufacturer part guarantees, and municipal permit obligations are issued and fulfilled directly by the independent licensed plumbing contractor who executes the physical repair. Lewisville Rapid Plumbers disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding physical plumbing craftsmanship.
Under no circumstances shall Lewisville Rapid Plumbers, its operators, or affiliates be liable for incidental, consequential, structural, or water-damage losses resulting from delayed technician arrival, severe winter weather transit delays, pre-existing plumbing deterioration, or contractor craftsmanship.
6. Emergency Dispatch, Transit Realities & Force Majeure
While our network strives for 30 to 45-minute average response times for priority emergency calls, arrival windows cannot be guaranteed during extreme North Texas winter storms, severe ice accumulation along I-35E or SH 121, flash flood conditions, or widespread regional disaster declarations. In situations involving active natural gas leaks, property owners must evacuate immediately and contact municipal emergency services (911) or gas utility providers prior to dispatch.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Denton County, Texas.
